When Netflix decided to build a physical Home of True Crime to promote their latest smash project, TikTok’s armchair detectives were hot on the case. We partnered with creators to build hype and spark curiosity around the globe by narrating each case, breaking down the clues and attempting to 'solve' the room.
A little savvy sleuthing about who best fits your brand goes a long way. This campaign garnered some big wins:

Need a clue on how we did it?
We activated a mix of eight celebrity-level influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter and asked them to share how they #TurboTaxAndRelax after using TurboTax to file their taxes.
Videos shared on TikTok were part of the larger #TurboTaxAndRelax Hashtag Challenge, while videos shared on Instagram and Twitter promoted our sister #TurboTaxAndRelax Giveaway, where users who shared their own video would be entered for a chance to win up a $10K CASH!
The content isn’t the only entertainment on TikTok.
The comments section on each post is a show of its own. Staying active in the comments allows us to keep our finger on the pulse, actively engage with members of our audience, and even spin-off additional content in response to their comments.
